We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

- Demonstrated capability and experience in the advice and delivery of contemporary, best practice change management services and support within a complex, geographically diverse organisation.
- Technical experience and skills to support the change activities of frontline services to achieve required organisational outcomes, in line with approved and documented processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, and to respond positively and flexibly to change and uncertainty, taking personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work, showing initiative and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated skills in cultivating productive relationships and effectively engaging, communicating, consulting and negotiating with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing, collating data, and presenting quality advice, briefings and reports to a wide range of stakeholders and the proven ability to influence strategic outcomes.
- While not mandatory, it is highly desirable that the successful applicant possesses a certification in the ITIL Framework. ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
- While not mandatory, it is highly desirable that the successful applicant has experience and is competent in the use of ITSM platforms including Service Now, BOSS and Jira
