**About the Role**

Located at our Bridgeman Downs Campus, you will be working as a permanent member of our broader national Talent Acquisition team, though working independently and autonomously as our solo Talent Acquisition Partner in QLD. This role is 60% work in office / 40% work from home.

Partnering with our 7 campuses, this isn’t just a Talent Acquisition role, it’s so much more

Outside of recruitment, you will be the primary point of contact for all new employees, welcoming them and facilitating Day 1 Inductions on a weekly/fortnightly basis. In addition to this, you will work closely with our NSW based Early Careers Manager supporting our QLD Trainee Program, being the central point of contact for our QLD trainees supporting their queries.

**Experience Required**
- Demonstrated recruitment experience, ideally within agency and internal
- Solid interviewing skills and an understanding of recruitment “best practice”
- Demonstrated experience in working independently/autonomously
- Ability to multitask, and manage multiple requirements at any time
- Demonstrated proactive sourcing experience
- ECEC (Early Childhood Education & Care) industry experience is highly desirable
