This Participant Support Officer job is located in Bairnsdale for a full-time contract for 12 months. The job of Participant Support Officer is to provide outstanding reception support to Service Delivery Mangers, Participants and other internal and external stakeholders.
**Your new role**
This government organisation aims to support individuals, families and carers exposed and dealing with disabilities throughout the Bendigo region. They strive to support individuals, families and carers at the highest level through their professionalism and dedication.
An opening for this job has arisen due to the growth in the organisation which will see you reporting to the Participant Support Officer Manager/Planner Supervisor.
**Your new role, you will be responsible for the following**
- First point of contact to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports and correspondence
- Organise appointments and executive meetings
- Receive and record complaints
- Other administrative duties as required
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
- Professional and well-developed receptionist experience
- Excellent time management, organisation skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable communication and interpersonal skills
- Competence with Microsoft Office Programs
- Empathetic, enthusiastic and a can do attitude
- Ability to maintain strictly confidential information
**What you’ll get in return**
