This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing organisation. Remuneration commencing at $82,043 per annum plus salary packaging to reduce the tax you pay and increase your take-home pay (as per PBI status).
- Previous experience working in a similar role or qualifications within the disability or community services sector;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Well-developed resolution and negotiation skills;
- Dedication to their job and their team; and
- Good presentation and a professional attitude.

The **_Participant Support Coordinator_** will be responsible for:

- To facilitate and coordinate activities to work toward achieving the goals outlined in participant NDIS Plans.
- To provide exceptional customer service to participants and families;
- To maintain professional connection with the Community Facilitators and ensure they’re strongly supported; and
- To make a positive and proactive contribution to the program team and Lifely team overall.
