**About the Role**
Due to rapid business growth we are looking to fill a Service Support role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth monitoring of BSV installations with a particular focus on quality control, fault finding and meeting demanding service level agreements. Service Support organise and liaise with onsite technicians to assist them in resolving faults and provide technical support to BSV clients and colleagues.

You must have experience in:

- IT fault finding
- Customer Service
- Administration
