**About the Role**:
Currently we are seeking an expression of interest for an IT Systems Support Technician to join our team. This permanent, full-time position is based in our office, in Toowoomba's CBD. Working within the IT team, the successful applicant will have the following responsibilities:

- Providing 1st and 2nd level IT support to corporate and field users across the business.
- Installation and maintenance of a large fleet of corporate device hardware
- Resolving incidents and fulfilling IT Helpdesk issues within agreed time frames
- Assist in device SOE imaging and rolling out of new devices
- Maintenance and support of MS Teams meeting room hardware

**Experience Required**:
The following experience will be highly regarded:

- Experience delivering exceptional customer service outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems
- Device hardware and software troubleshooting experience
- Experience in hardware and software deployment
- Experience with Active Directory user account and group management
- Experience with enterprise networking and system administration is a bonus.
