About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for the installation, adjusting, repairing and replacing of our industry-leading remote car control module the Drive mate GO in Melbourne. This module makes the car accessible for our clients without the use of a key. The module also acts as an advanced security system, monitoring the GPS to always locate the car. Also advising our customers how to use the product to prevent future problems. You will have to be able to monitor the systems from a remote site and be able to diagnose the system as our customers use our advanced products nationwide.
**Responsibilities**:
- The installation and calibration in a wide range of cars of our advanced Drive Mate Go module
- Provide first-class support and relationship management to a growing number of Drive mate car owners
including technical support and explaining the way it works in normal everyday non technical terms
- Stickering of cars and vans with Drive lah outings
- Trip support and dispute management
- Rental Management Support (RMS) setup and operations
About You:
- You are a people person with a wide range of technical know-how related to cars, including electronics and mechanical knowledge. You thrive working with others and love building personal connections with customers.
- You are organized, can work in a team but also alone and like to create structure.
- You're a problem solver and are confident in your decision-making abilities
- You have a proactive and can-do attitude
- You have a general knowledge of car electronics and can-bus related protocols
- You have a driving license

Compensation: Competitive renumeration & an opportunity to work in a high growth company that is changing the way we move around.
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
