**About the Role**

This is a Permanent Part Time (weekend) position at 0.4EFT/32 hours per fortnight within the Mental Health, Banksia Adolescent Mental Health Ward.

You will be responsible for front-line customer service involving a high level of interaction with patients and families, medical, nursing and allied health staff both in person and over the phone. You will provide reception, guidance and orientation to visitors, professionals and the public within a positive strengths based model of care.

Classification for this position will range from AO21 - AO25 (base salary $66,768 to $73,811 per annum, plus superannuation)

**About the Department**

The Banksia Adolescent Mental Health Ward supports young people experiencing acute mental health episodes. Supported by a team of highly multi-disciplinary professionals, the 16 bed ward offers assessment and treatment within a trauma informed model of care.
