**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in depth market research to create on trend mood boards, colour palettes, exclusive designs and capsule ranges.
- Brief and assist garment techs where needed on weekly design specification packs with CAD illustrations, fabric details and measurements.
- Create exclusive prints and source new fabric bases and trims.
- Attend fit sessions, to ensure designs are communicated clearly.
- Negotiate costs with the factories and approve any necessary bulk fabrics, trims and prints, and track the sampling process.
- Ad hoc administrative duties to keep design department updated and in line with critical path timeline.

**Ideally You Will Have**:

- 3-5 + years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Creativity, an open mind, and adaptability to change.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fit.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong organisation and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
