**About the role**
- Collaborating with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their overall business issues, strategic objectives, and customer base.
- Forming strong partnerships with senior client leaders to implement exceptional digital experience initiatives that achieve objectives and enhance client business performance.
- Guiding, motivating, and expanding the abilities of all members of the UX/UI team by encouraging a team culture that emphasizes quality, cooperation, and innovation.
- Personally carrying out UX/UI tasks, including user research, persona creation, user journey mapping, IA development, wireframe prototyping, and UI design.
- Working with digital strategists to execute larger digital strategy ventures, such as digital roadmaps and digital CX strategy.
- Staying current with UX design developments and best practices alongside your team.
- Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer and Head of Strategy to create growth strategies and plans, as well as help win new business by refining agency strategic products and services

**About you**

Ideally, you should have ample experience as a UX/UI designer, with practical knowledge in research, journey mapping or service blueprinting, prototyping, and user testing. You should be skilled in leading and mentoring a team of designers, and be enthusiastic about finding solutions to significant issues for clients, utilizing digital technology to enhance customer and employee experience and generate financial returns for the client.

Your skillset should include:

- A proven track record in delivering strong commercial outcomes by setting and achieving objectives.
- Experience in managing, mentoring, and leading a team.
- Expertise in UX-relevant tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Expert knowledge of Optimal Workshop, Miro, Slickplan, and Google Docs.
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
