We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing team.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and sales for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop marketing plans, budgets and KPIs for each client
- Manage and optimise Google AdWords and Facebook/Instagram campaigns to ensure optimal performance and ROI
- Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and build brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, including KPIs, to ensure that goals are being met and exceeded.
- Manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance to achieve their business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing Google AdWords and Facebook/Instagram campaigns
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with experience writing for various digital channels
- Experience in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and build brand awareness
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimise campaigns
- Experience managing a team of digital marketing specialists
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Subcontract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $53,469.86 - $90,000.00 per year
