This role is a key part of the PWD management team and the company's leadership.

The position involves two main areas: client strategy and execution, and team leadership and operations:

Client Strategy and Execution
  • Develop client strategies and roadmaps aligned with their goals and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Strategy and Account Managers to plan campaigns
  • Analyze client and competitor websites to achieve top SERP rankings
  • Persistently pursue solutions and results
  • Participate in client meetings, represent the SEO team, and foster relationships
  • Manage resources, time, and costs using our project management system, Accelo
  • Support sales and account teams with pitches and RFQs
  • Maintain expertise in all SEO areas: onsite, offsite, technical, AI, etc.
Team Leadership and Operations
  • Manage and mentor a team of three SEO professionals
  • Provide development opportunities and guidance
  • Enhance internal processes for better efficiency
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to improve SEO during website builds
The Nitty Gritty
  • Deep SEO knowledge and proven strategic success
  • Experience leading or managing SEO teams
  • Resilience and a proactive attitude
  • Minimum 7 years of SEO experience
