A leading Catcholic school committed to academic excellence and spiritual development is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Marketing and Communications.

This 6/7-month fixed-term position presents a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of all communication and marketing activities at a strategic level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive communication and marketing strategies to enhance the school's reputation and brand among all stakeholders.
- Oversee marketing, public relations, publications, and digital media activities to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
- Collaborate with internal departments to create engaging content that highlights the College's values, achievements, and educational offerings.
- Manage and maintain the College's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels to drive online engagement and promote relevant events.
- Work closely with the admissions team to support marketing and enrollment efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Ensure all communication materials and publications reflect the College's mission, vision, and values.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the marketing and communications team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Undertake specific projects and initiatives related to marketing and communications as required during the parental leave of the Head of Marketing and Enrolments.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management and website maintenance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the education sector or a similar industry is desirable.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for marketing and communications.
