**The role**

The Marketing Coordinator role sits within the Melbourne based Marketing team and assists the Marketing Manager to achieve lead and student enrolment targets for our partner universities. They will work closely with our external advertising agencies, as well as the wider internal team to ensure success for their dedicated partner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Write effective briefs for our creative agency
- Work closely with agencies to develop and refine the creative approach for each campaign, across both above-the-line and digital channels
- Review creative concepts, copy and artwork in detail for approval to ensure communication will achieve business and marketing objectives
- Coordinate the delivery of creative execution for each campaign
- Assist Marketing Manager to map out and execute a customer journey

**Essential Skills**
- At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, either client side or agency
- Experience in creative briefing
- Experience reviewing creative concepting
- Experience working to lead or sales goals, alongside cost per lead/cost per sale targets
- Experience either writing or responding to briefs for multichannel media plans
- Understanding digital marketing channels, especially Paid Search and Facebook
