Digital Showroom Product Expert

To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re in search of a product expert with a passion for presenting to join our multi-disciplinary e-commerce team and be responsible for playing a key role in shaping the online presence.
- Objectives of this role- Online lead generation including bookings for the new Digital Showroom and across the end-to-end customer journey
- Vehicle presentations: walk-through demonstrations to inform & educate customers
- Contributing to meeting or exceeding online sales KPI’s

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct digital showroom consultations, providing expert knowledge on Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans product & services, and most importantly providing a memorable customer experience.
- Facilitating on camera digital presentations to a range of prospective & existing customers across both: - 1:1 consults - personalised vehicle walk arounds, technology demonstrations and co-browsing sessions
- 1:many broadcasts - new model launches, campaign events- Interacting with a broad audience; being able to convey messages with clarity; engaging the audience during a presentation; using storytelling abilities, and interpreting and understanding the mindsets of the listeners
- Handling inbound digital lead enquiries, online showroom bookings, configuration sessions, & end-to-end product & service purchase requests
- Being presentable for on-camera formats and acting as a brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz
- Collaborating closely with the Product, Marketing, and e-commerce sales teams to drive relevant business outcomes
- Ensuring that the digital showroom environment is visually appealing and inviting for customers

**Qualifikationen**:

- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent presentation skills - public speaking, tone of voice, body language, creativity, and delivery- The ability to accurately 'read' the audience and understand customer requirements
- Articulate presentation of ideas with an engaging presence and style
- Computer proficiency is critical to promote the business, maintain records, and communicate with our customers
- Knowledge of presentation product technology
- Exceptional writing skills with a strong attention to detail & the ability to write a speech or presentation
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications- Preferred qualification includes a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in similar or related role
