**About Us**:
Cub Campers is a third-generation Australian manufacturing company based in Sydney’s North Rocks. For over 50 years, Cub Campers has been an industry leader, manufacturing some of Australia’s best caravan and camper trailers.

**About the Role**:
Cub Campers is looking for a well presented, energetic, and self-motivated receptionist/admin assistant for a f/t or p/t position to help with light reception, and customer service care. This role is a 9:30am to 3:30pm. Would suit parents of school aged children.

**Key responsibilities are**:

- Answering and directing calls
- Greeting visitors
- Processing service bookings
- Processing spare parts enquiries and orders
- Liaise with Warehouse & Canvas Workshop for spare parts orders
- Ordering stationery & other office supplies
- Calendar maintenance (service jobs, staff PT sessions, events, boardroom)
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
- Keep stock of camper trailer manuals as dictated by production schedule
- Coffee machine maintenance (ordering beans & cleaning/troubleshooting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be well organized and excellent time management ability
- The ability to inspire and motivate others
- The ability to priorities workload
- Strong computer skills
- Highly self-motivated and team player
- Experience or interest in camping

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $50,892.45 per year

Schedule:

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
