**About the Team**

You will be a valuable member of the Corporate Affairs team based at the Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence office located in Redbank, QLD.

This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative and dynamic team where you will bring your creativity, editing and writing skills to the table. You will provide advice and guidance on how to best graphically represent the Company and deliver projects.

**About the Role**

You will provide in-house graphic design services and communications project management to Rheinmetall Defence Australia and its partners in support of corporate initiatives and bids.

You will be the Principal Graphic Designer and provide artistic translation of the Company’s vision and technical skills.
- As the Creative Communications Specialist you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

- Graphic design work in support of corporate projects and bids for Rheinmetall and its partner organisations;
- Manage the Company’s brand assets including logos, imagery videography;
- Project management of Communications initiatives for internal and external audiences as the company evolves and introduces new technology, platforms and programs in support of its Corporate Strategy;
- Research, design and content generation of material in support of Communications channels including for press releases, web content, internal campaigns, briefing packs and bids;
- Liaise with stakeholders across the company, its partner organisations, vendors and industry partners as required and in attainment of the company’s goals;

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Demonstrated graphic design experience in a corporate or agency environment;
- Experience in project managing communications-based activities, including to launch new initiatives and systems;
- Experience in writing, editing and submitting content for communication channels;
- Experience liaising with Senior Executives and Officials;
- Advanced skills with graphic design software, including, but not limited to the Adobe suite;
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Office 365);
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all time;
- Advanced interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work within a geographical dispersed team with mínimal direction;
- An ability to work flexible hours in order to meet business requirements and often at short notice; and
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
