About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and creative professional to lead our lifestyle programs, bringing joy, wellbeing, and connection to every day for our residents.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Creative Lifestyle Coordinator and make a real difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging lifestyle programs tailored to residents' interests and needs.
  • BUILD strong community connections and partnerships to enhance resident experiences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring they are supported, valued, and engaged.
  • Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and development, fostering a motivated and committed team.
  • Evaluate and refine programs to ensure they meet the needs of our residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A formal qualification in Leisure & Lifestyle, Arts, Music, Drama, Dance Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate staff and volunteers and connect with residents.
  • A passion for building community engagement and creating meaningful experiences.
  • A valid First Aid Certificate and Queensland Driver's Licence.
