**About the job**

We are seeking a skilled Content Designer with excellent writing and research skills to join our dynamic team.

As a member of the design team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and user-centered content that aligns with our brand identity and values for a variety of projects. You will work closely with the team members to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging.

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development of content strategies that support marketing and communication objectives.
- Create content for diverse communication channels: websites, blogs, videos, ads (digital/print), and social media.
- Conduct research, surveys, and interviews to understand target audience needs and industry trends, ensuring content remains relevant and impactful.
- Develop and maintain the brand's voice and tone consistently across all communications.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and implement improvements to maximize engagement and impact.
- Edit and proofread copy for accuracy, clarity, and adherence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline.
- Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills.
- At least 5 years' experience in content design and creation, with a focus on the fintech industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high-priority initiatives.
- Bilingual proficient in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication.
- Passion for writing with an excellent portfolio of work.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Preferably experience with SEO copywriting best practices.
