Reporting to the Senior Content Designer within the Brand & Content function, the Content Designer is responsible for managing and executing seamless end-to-end member experiences that help members and prospects engage with our offering and navigate with confidence.

The Content Designer will collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to leverage user research and insights to produce effective content and product copy that is high quality, understandable, accessible and aligned to our brand tone and voice.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience and skills:

- A relevant Bachelor degree or equivalent and 5 to 7 years’ experience in a Content Design, UX Writer or Digital Content role.
- Experience in core skills such as UX writing, content audits and analysis, content mapping and modeling, content planning and sourcing, conversational design, information architecture, and storytelling.
- A passion for user content and UX (both long-form content and microcopy).
- Understanding product/experience design processes and prototyping, testing and iterating designs in an agile environment.
- Engaging and collaborating with different practice areas
- Solid SEO experience including an iterative approach based on results.
- Experience using SEMRush or similar platform is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are and you have senior stakeholder experience in a large corporate environment.

***Desirable skills**
- Experience in a health or a regulated industry such as banking and financial services or insurance.
- Understanding product/experience design processes and prototyping, testing and iterating designs in an agile environment.
- Certification on hands on experience with agile project management methodologies
