**The Role - Supply and Demand Planner**

In this role you will take ownership of achieving great case fill rates and for ensuring that inventory targets are met across Australia and New Zealand. You will do this by working closely with key Supply Chain contacts in the US and Europe to synchronise supply and demand. In addition you will be take ownership of the demand planning process in New Zealand and will work closely with the local commercial team to align on the local demand plan

**The main responsibilities of the role are**:

- Alignment of shipment plans with Hill’s global supply plants
- Collaborate with local customer development team to lead the demand planning process for New Zealand
- Lead the NPD supply planning process to ensure new products are delivered according to plan
- Monitor local inventory and case fill projections to ensure commercial targets are met
- Working with logistics providers, freight forwarders and customers brokers to ensure import documents are available and containers are unloaded on time

**What you’ll need**
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or a similar field is preferred
- 3 years experience in a similar supply planning role
- Experience working with SAP/Kinaxis
- FMCG experience in a global organisation
