About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Service Coordinator, you’ll create cherished moments each day.

Working closely with a team of care advisors, referral agencies and service providers, our Service Coordinators are responsible for coordinating the rostering and support of a team of Home Care Workers to ensure the right employee is rostered to provide the right service, to the right client, at the right time.

What you’ll bring

You’re reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are genuinely interested in supporting others and making a difference in your community.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Passionate about helping people in your community, have strong relationship building and time management skills.- Experience with rostering systems would be advantageous, but not essential.- Current Victorian Drivers Licence.- Strong communication and organisational skills.- A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people’s physical limitations.- The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients’ individual needs.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.- Driver Licence.- Current COVID-19 certificate and proof of current influenza vaccination.
