The Role

Reporting to the Field Services Team Leader, the Field Service Coordinator (FSC) is responsible for engaging with customers, banks, valuers and other key stakeholders to progress a valuation request through to completion. The FSC is primarily responsible for engaging with customers to book in valuation appointments and manage the progression of valuation jobs contributing to overall turnaround time reduction targets.

The Customer Service Representative will:
- Schedule valuation appointments for a group of valuers-
- Manage and prioritise a range of back office tasks related to the progression of a valuation job through to completion- Utilise Opteon and other systems in the completion of their tasks

About you- Confidence and professional verbal and written communication skills,- A high degree of accountability and the ability to make decisions effectively,- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads,- A positive and professional manner,- Strong attention to detail, and- A High degree of computer proficiency
