With the exciting new partnership representing a suite of new life changing products, we are seeking a Therapeutic Lead to establish the business in ANZ & SEA. Reporting to the CEO, your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing & leading pre & post launch strategy across multiple products & markets
- Leading & influencing your multidisciplinary cross-functional teams
- Building & optimising relationships with KOLs & HCP networks
- Partnering with the executive team to identify and prioritise market scenarios across ANZ & SEA
- Developing a people plan in line with concurrent launches
- Contributing to the culture & vision of the company and the expansion of the therapy team.
- Proven track record as a commercial leader in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experienced people management skills with the ability to a build high performing culture
- Strong strategic & executional marketing expertise across multiple launches
- Knowledge of ANZ Endocrinology market, with recent relationships highly desirable
- External stakeholder management
- Exposure to APAC markets will be advantageous
- Strong presentation & relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
- Degree in lifesciences, business, marketing or similar.
