*** We are looking for hardworking, driven business builders who love to win and have strong business ethics and phenomenal communication skills. Our Business Development Representatives play an important part in driving revenue by helping to develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the company. If you have the ambition to join a multifaceted SaaS business and help to build the sales function from the ground up, this may be the role for you.**

*** What You'll Do**

***
- **Creating net new business pipeline for the Client's suite of products.**

***
- **Engage with new prospects, understand their business needs & goals and creating well qualified pipeline for Field Sales**

***

***
- **Respond to and qualify incoming web inquiries (using SFDC)**

***
- **Be accountable to the goals of qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue.**

***

***
- **Willingness to be creative and try new prospecting strategies**

***
- **Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve the efficiency of our demand-generation strategies**

*** What you need to succeed**
- **An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and a passion for having an impact on Client business growth**

***
- **Excellent communication, including writing, speaking, listening, and cold-calling**

***
- **Phone-first mindset; be ready to cold call and book meetings daily**

***
- **12 months of lead generation for a high-growth SaaS business and Inside Sales experience a plus**

***
- **A history of exceeding goals**

***
- **Great understanding of social media and vehicles including LinkedIn, Twitter, Blogs, and monitoring tools**

***
- **Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus**

***
- **Knowledge of ANZ market is a MUST**
