Your Role:
As the Dispatch Team Leader, you'll report directly to the Dispatch and Fabrication Manager. Your mission? Ensuring the safe and timely dispatch of goods, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results.

- Lead a high-performing team of up to 4 individuals in an environment where "CUSTOMER FIRST" is the mantra.
- Load, unload, and organize freight with finesse, creating a seamlessly efficient warehouse flow.
- Ace accurate and timely dispatch, leaving no room for errors, and master the art of paperwork completion.
- Keep our cartons properly labeled and consigned - meticulousness is key
- Champion stock counts, leading your team during biannual stocktakes.
- Bid farewell to trash and cardboard as you dispose of them responsibly.
- Embrace real-time systematic transactions using SAP - you'll be a tech-savvy superstar
- Take on exciting special projects and initiatives, including Lean methodologies and 5S practices.

Your Skill Set:

- Dedication to upholding Company Health & Safety Standards and Policies is paramount.
- You have an unwavering "Customer First" philosophy - exceeding expectations is your specialty.
- Attention to detail is your superpower - dispatch accuracy is your secret weapon.
- Computer literacy is second nature to you, and you're a pro at executing and monitoring system reports.
- Hold a forklift license (LF) - bonus points for high-reach experience
- Physical prowess for manual handling tasks - bending, lifting, packing - you've got it covered.
- Aiming for zero dispatch errors and a 100% DIFOT target fuels your motivation.
- Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling seamless collaboration across all levels.
- Storage bins? You've got them in check and neatly put away.
- A positive attitude is your calling card - your energy drives positive change.
- Teamwork is your middle name, and you're always ready to attend fortnightly team leader meetings.
- When the need arises, you're open to working overtime to meet customer demands.
