**About the Role**

Join us as an **eLearning Design and Capability Specialist**, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital learning across Central Adelaide LHN (CALHN) and Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS). Reporting to the eLearning Capability Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to drive innovation and efficiency in training operations. You’ll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimising LMS solutions, ensuring seamless data management, reporting structures, and system governance. Collaborating with key stakeholders, including ICT teams, training professionals, and external vendors, you’ll provide expert guidance on system architecture, integration, and best-practice learning technology solutions.

Your ability to analyse complex systems, provide technical support, and enhance the LMS experience will directly contribute to the success of workforce training across CALHN and SCSS. **About You**

- **Strong creativity and problem-solving skills** - Ability to design technical solutions, analyse data, and develop meaningful elearning content to support training operations.
- **Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement** - Proven interpersonal skills to build trust, negotiate successful outcomes, and present complex concepts clearly.
- **Technical expertise in LMS support and integration** - Experience in learning management system administration, system implementation, and vendor collaboration.
- **Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively** - Work autonomously in a detail-orientated environment, balancing high quality content production, technical administration, and adapting to changing demands.
