**About the Role**

As an eLearning Project Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Learning Management System (LMS) operations across the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) and Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS).

In this dynamic role, you'll focus on enhancing the learner experience by contributing to the development of online resources and supporting engaging learning content. You'll have the opportunity to create impactful online courses and training modules, and produce video, graphical, and interactive learning assets. Your expertise and proactive approach will help shape educational initiatives across the organisation, ensuring systems and processes align with the strategic direction. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will also ensure efficient resolution of issues, fostering continuous improvement in both learning delivery and LMS operations.

**About You**
- Expertise in e-learning and multimedia production, including SCORM, video editing, and graphic design software.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for resolving issues swiftly.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Previous experience in supporting learning management systems and creating educational content.
