Implementation Specialist

**About the Role**

As an implementation Specialist with Prometheus Group, you can look forward to genuine career progression opportunities, not just in Australia but globally. You will be provided with training and support and will collaborate with the Development team to provide solutions to our domestic and global customers. It is expected that the Implementation Specialist will be able to liaise and communicate with customers in various locations and will work closely with the Delivery Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Configuration and Implementation of our software solutions within required timeframes and budgets resulting in a high-quality outcome for the customer
- Debugging and resolving defects and investigating customer support issues
- Diagnosis and rectification of system failures
- Software configuration and report modification
- Integration with existing software systems
- Documentation and report writing
- Work with customers and Prometheus staff to achieve successful delivery of outcomes, ensuring customer’s needs are met
- Reporting to the Delivery Manager on trends and issues, escalating problems with both customers and staff members as required

**About You**
- Technical degree or experience in a similar role
- MS SQL Server and SQL scripting and query writing
- Microsoft Technology Stack
- Javascript, HTML, CSS
- Knowledge of ERP systems - SAP/Oracle/Maximo
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus;
- Malay, Indonesian, Mandarin Chinese

**Eligibility**

Australian Citizen / or Permanent resident status is ESSENTIAL for this role.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
