In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal communications teams and business units to share successes and increase internal engagement.

**Your key duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Contribute to the development and achievement of the divisional internal communication and engagement strategy.
- Lead and support the development and delivery of key internal communication and engagement tactics including (but not limited to) senior leader engagement activities, intranet copy and features, distribution of e-messages, video scripting, leadership engagement sessions, and other channels.
- Contribute to measuring tactics success and improving the way the department listens to, communicates, engages and motivates staff.
- Provide event management advice and support.
- Support the Lands Executive Leadership team to reframe communication messages for internal purposes.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with departmental staff and colleagues across the Communication business group.
- Other duties as directed and required.
