Known for quality, honesty, and strong relationships, we’re now looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** to help keep our jobs moving, our teams supported, and our clients happy.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Coordinating daily operations across multiple job sites
- Managing worker scheduling, availability, and job assignments
- Tracking job progress and ensuring scopes are completed on time
- Organising tools, materials, and deliveries (both warehouse and external pickups)
- Liaising with estimators, clients, and trades to ensure smooth job execution
- Maintaining operational systems (e.g. job tracking software, checklists, warehouse inventory)
- Supporting team members with real-time problem solving and resource allocation
- Reporting to the business owner with operational insights and updates
- Helping to implement and refine systems as the business grows

**About You**
- Strong experience in operations or project coordination (trade or construction background preferred)
- Excellent time management, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Great communicator — clear, calm, and professional with tradies and clients alike
- Comfortable using or learning job management tools/software
- Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for things to break before stepping in
- Able to work independently and make decisions with the business’ best interests in

**HOW TO APPLY**:
Pay: $110.00 - $130.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Roofing: 3 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
