We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive **Operations Administrator** to join our dynamic, customer-focused team. This full-time, permanent position is based at our Brisbane Support Office, offering the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. The role operates on a 38-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of $98,700 + Super.

**What We’re Looking For**:
As an **Operations Administrator**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the **General Manager (GM)** with both operational and project-related tasks. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent computer skills, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and distribute site-specific reports for the GM
- Provide executive assistant support and handle various ad-hoc requests
- Collect and compile data to create high-level presentations and reports
- Coordinate logistics for site travel, inductions, and Santos-specific training
- Assist the Brisbane Office Facilities Manager with uniform requests and distribution
- Maintain and manage the team’s SharePoint, ensuring document control and archiving
- Oversee site travel and roster requirements
- Manage the GM’s calendar and travel arrangements
- Collaborate with internal teams at both **Sodexo** and **Santos**, supporting service streams and operational functions

- Experience in site administration or a similar administrative role
- Strong proficiency in computer systems and MS Office tools
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive and customer-centric mindset
