Customer Experience Platform Tech Lead

**About the role**
As the Customer Experience Platform Tech Lead, you will support the Customer Experience Platform Manager and Solution Architect in the delivery and management of our critical customer facing systems. You will partner with business stakeholders and technology peers to deliver effortless customer experiences across a diverse range of technologies.
In the role, you will work closely with the Solution Architect to shape new change, participating in the development of technical and solutions designs. You will collaborate with your peers within the platform to help solve complex technical issues and provide expert technical advice. As a key member of the Customer Experience platform leadership team, you will play an important part in fostering a culture of continuous improvement by providing mentoring to technical resources and developing roadmaps for implementation.
**What we’re looking for**
- Strong technical background with diverse experience across multiple technology disciplines such as infrastructure, software development, or support
- Working knowledge of development techniques and architectural patterns
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of software design for scalability, security, performance, and reliability
- Strong experience with Agile, Continuous Delivery, CI/CD Pipelines, QA methods and tooling
- Experience working with Marketing technology solutions highly considered
