- At Crown Perth we have the members-only mid tiered gaming area, Riverside Room, and our most premium high-end gaming room, the Pearl Room. These sophisticated facilities are always exclusive to members-only with the highest level of service to our patrons to ensure their visits are memorable and exciting. The Riverside Room host is accountable for the quality of service provided to all premium patrons throughout the complex - including, but not limited to the Main Gaming Floor and the Pearl Room. Always providing and maintaining superior customer service, assist in hosting promotions and functions, and be responsible for all operations within the premium areas. This position also works to address access compliance and to facilitate the highest level of customer engagement and experience. We are currently looking for Part Time Hosts who are available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster including regular weekends and public holidays with no restrictions.
- To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotating roster including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts
- Extensive customer service knowledge and service excellence skills.
- The ability to establish and maintain positive relations with members & guests whilst maintaining strict levels of privacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strict adherence to compliance processes and great attention to detail.
- Strong technical ability and understanding of due diligence.
- High level of integrity and always a team player.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DLGSCI- Employee License and a Casino Special Employee License
