**The Riverside Room** offers exclusive VIP access for members looking to enjoy a sophisticated and stylish gaming environment. To ensure the highest level of service is delivered to our members, we require a dedicated and professional Bar Supervisor on a Full Time basis.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor looking to expand their career in a unique gaming environment. Reporting to the bar manager, you will support, motivate and train the team to deliver exceptional service to our VIP guests. You will work with management to assist in the success of the day-to-day operations and lead a large team.

**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Experience leading a large hospitality team
- Flexible availability for a rotating roster including overnights, weekends and public holidays
- Extensive beverage knowledge
- Motivation to succeed and develop
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Approved Managers card
