At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created by being passionate and working together. Located within our vibrant Gaming Floor is our mid tiered gaming area,
**Riverside Room**. This sophisticated gaming room is exclusive to members only with the highest level of service at all times to our patrons to ensure their visits are memorable and exciting.
As a
**Riverside Room host** you will be responsible for providing and maintaining superior customer service at all times; assist in hosting functions and arranging reservations and accommodations where necessary.
We are currently looking for
**Part Time **Hosts who are available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster including regular weekends and public holidays.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotating roster including morning, afternoon and overnight shifts
- Extensive customer service knowledge and skills
- The ability to establish and maintain positive relations with members & guests
- Excellent communication skills
**Preferred Criteria**:
- Previous Sales experience
