**About the role**

We are looking for an HCM Solution Specialist to help develop the systems which enable us to understand the talented workforce delivering health services across NSW. As part of our Human Capital Management (HCM) team you will be instrumental in an upgrade to an Oracle cloud solution supporting some 220,000 people.

Reporting into the HCM Solution Lead, a key aspect to the role is to help design and deliver a robust Oracle Cloud HCM solution which is adopted. Within this are a range of activities across the full lifecycle such as eliciting business requirements, helping design solutions with supporting documentation, developing a range of communications for training and change management and managing a range of stakeholders internally and externally across vendors and the wider NSW Health organisations.

**About You**

To succeed in this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience managing the review, analyses and design of complex ICT business processes and services in a large and complex service industry organisation.-
- Experience project managing full project lifecycle to deliver agreed business requirements through engagement, research, analysis, design, test and deploy to meet business initiatives and operational needs.- Analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports and cases for change, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.- Organisational skills with experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Interpersonal, consultation, facilitation, negotiation and communications skills with capacity to design and broker effective ICT system and solutions with a diverse range of internal and external key stakeholders.
