RASHAYS is looking for the next Social Media Manager superstar to join our team.

As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for creating and implementing the company’s social media strategy whilst overseeing the social media teams work to ensure that the RASHAYS brand is being promoted to the masses whilst increasing brand exposure in new areas

**Key Duties Include**:

- Creating engaging content that is synonymous with the RASHAYS brand
- Utilising different social media platforms and measuring performance of marketing campaigns on each platform
- Develop and Manage content creation with the social media team
- Staying up to date with the latest social media trends
- Providing a level of leadership to the existing social media staff
- Develop an posting calendar while reviewing web traffic and customer engagement metrics to ensure you get the best results.
- Work with the restaurants and franchisees to have a clearer understanding of what is needed for marketing.
- Reviewing competitors performance and market trends to keep up with changes and be ahead of the game.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must have previous Hospitality experience to understand the RASHAYS Brand
- Have at least 3 years’ minimum experience in a content creation across all social media platforms
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience using analytics tools for campaign measurement
- Experience devising and implementing a social media or digital marketing strategy
- Positive, Enthusiastic and Bubbly personality
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively
- A passion for food
- Previous experience in developing successful marketing strategies
