This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to take a step into a supportive environment and be apart of a large and growing business. The company also offers hybrid working conditions.

The role will be a
**3 month contract, **starting immediately. This is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll officer looking to work within a large, reputable company coming into the new year.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:_
- Payruns and processing of timesheets
- Long service leave calculations
- Leave accruals
- Completing payroll tax and superannuation payments
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Handle relevant employee queries
- Remediation and reconciliations
- Additional tasks to assist the broader team
- The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Payroll Officer position along with the following skills and attributes:_
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation, data analytics, Excel and trends
- 5-10 years experience and strong industry knowledge
- Ability to confidently work autonomously
- Previous experience within a payroll position
- Confident with awards
- Motivated and can-do mindset
