Looking to start the new year off with a bang? Ready to turn payroll into playroll?

**Responsibilities**:
Our Payroll team in North Sydney is seeking a Junior Payroll Officer to join their fast-paced and dynamic team. Play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll for our 5000+ team members

**In addition, you would assist with**:

- End-to-end, high volume payroll processing in a multi-site business with different pay grades (weekly + monthly payroll)
- Processing new hires, terminations, transfers & other workflows.
- Payroll reporting (entitlements, summaries etc.)
- Proving support to our venue team across NZ & Australia.
- Providing support within the team & assisting where required to manage workload.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.

Skills and Experience

**In addition, you will possess**:

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience within a Payroll position, processing high volume payroll (1000+) ideally within a large multi-site business.
- Prior experience using Payroll systems (Dayforce is desired, but not essential).
- Incredibly fast, efficient, agile & resilient Our business moves FAST
- Familiarity with payroll-related legislation and requirements.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to resolve payroll and system issues.
