**Company Overview**: Our client is a local Solar/Gutter cleaning business they are going through exponential growth and are currently seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant with sales acumen, strong customer service skills, and basic accounting knowledge to support our team.
**Location**: Morisset
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our office operations and customer interactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with order processing.
- Supporting sales efforts by preparing quotes, following up on leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Managing administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on sales support, customer service, and basic accounting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
**Schedule**: This position initially offers 3 days a week with the potential to transition to 5 days a week based on performance and business needs.
