**The Role**

Mornington Ducati is currently looking for a Parts Advisor willing to take the next step and join our successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and organised individual to further develop their career with our bayside dealership. You will be working with our service team and accountable for the following responsibilities:

- Build customer relationships through superior customer service
- Interpret, supply and invoicing of accessories & parts to Retail customers, and Service department
- Prepare and assist in annual stocktake

**About You**
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (Ducati parts experience will be highly regarded).
- Strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a sound working relationship with customers, employees, stakeholders and business partners
- Ability to meet deadlines & carry out instructions as required in a timely manner
- Able to comply with manufacturer and dealership repair processes, policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize work to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Valid Motorcycle license
