This engagement seeks the provision of the following:
**1. **Level 2 Support of all Resources deployed within the resource groups of interest (responsibility to be determined in conjunction with Corporation Engineering Team) to include:
**a. **Creation, monitoring and investigation and resolution of alerts relating to the ongoing proper performance of the Platform, including creation of appropriate items in Service Now.

**b. **Creation, administration and decommissioning of both Resource Groups and individual resources;
**c. **Submission, management and co-ordination of any requests requiring Level 3 support; and

**d. **Performance and cost optimisation.

**2. **Support of all Factory Resources deployed within the relevant Data Factory (V2) instances (e.g., Pipelines, Datasets, Flows, Queries, etc.) to include:
**a. **Creation, monitoring and investigation of alerts relating to the ongoing proper performance of the Platform Resources, including creation od appropriate items in Service Now.

**b. **Administration of Factory Resources in relation to their function (e.g., On/off, execution times etc.)

**c. **Performance and cost optimisation.

**3. **Creation of any materials relevant to support the actions outlined in scope items 1 and 2.

**4. **It is anticipated that the provision of the above may occur remotely with work allocated through digital means, but it should be noted that the Corporation’s hours of operation are 8.30am to 5pm Western Standard Time.

Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
