**DESCRIPTION**- Manage the full lifecycle of sales contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and renewing agreements with customers and partners.- Collaborate closely with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives and comply with internal policies.- Ensure timely and accurate processing of contract documentation to support deal closure and revenue recognition.- Identify and mitigate risks in sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, service levels, and liability clauses.- Maintain a centralized repository of sales contracts and track key terms, obligations, and renewal dates.- Provide guidance and training to sales teams on contract processes, standard terms, and negotiation strategies.- Support continuous improvement of contract templates, workflows, and approval processes.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.- Certifications such as CCCM or CPCM are beneficial.- Knowledge of contract law and regulations.- Experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or building industry.- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.- Strong commercial business acumen and judgment.
