
Enterprise Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a multi-year Defence program delivering an enterprise Health Knowledge Management (HKM) System.
- Assess and verify supplier capabilities, performance, and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Manage supplier communication, issue escalation, and status reporting to Program leadership.
- Oversee supplier cost, schedule, technical, and quality baselines, identifying risks and performance gaps.
- Support subcontract changes and provide recommendations on supplier contract modifications.
- Lead planning and execution of the Australian Industrial Capability (AIC) Plan, including reporting and Local Industry Activity outcomes.
This role involves engaging with Australian industry to identify, assess, and advocate for local suppliers and innovation opportunities throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Proven experience applying project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, Agile, PRINCE2).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Solid technical understanding to evaluate supplier deliverables and contribute to technical discussions and documentation.
- Knowledge of subcontracting principles, including finance, contract types, scheduling, and earned value management.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
