Passionate Exercise Physiologist to Join The Team

**Our partner PT / Ex Phys Studio 'Live Well Fitness Group' located in Kogarah and Bondi Junction are seeking a passionate exercise physiologist to join the team.**

For 17 years Live Well has been an independent health & fitness studio in the St George area and has thrived in the competitive industry through our mentoring and retention program with our new studio in Bondi Junction now delivering quality services in the East.

Our vision is to create a positive movement in the community by helping our members be happy, healthy role models whilst also providing specialised support with fellow allied health professionals to accommodate NDIS participants through our registration as an NDIS Provider. Live Well also has strong connections to local hospitals that provide exercise programs for members of the community who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, Osteoporosis or require ongoing rehabilitation.

**As part of our team you will have an amazing opportunity to**:

- Help shape the Exercise Physiology arm of Live Well with the support of an established business and its network of health professionals.
- Develop and refine your skills, we want you to coach with a human touch, not instruct like a robot.
- Make a difference in others’ lives on a daily basis
- Mentor fellow exercise physiologist’s and coaches as you progress including a regular stream of TAFE and Uni Students requiring work placement.
- Move into a full-time position
- Connect with fellow small business owners through our extensive networking relationships
- Operate your own studio with the ability to have flexible working hours with our planned expansion into new territories.

All of these opportunities can be achieved without paying rent, **EVER** This allows you to focus on becoming an amazing exercise physiologist without the stress of making rent each week. You will be working with a team and not against them to help build a strong member base.

**The role includes**:

- Performing exercise physiology assessments, prescribing personalised programs and delivering life changing sessions to private, NDIS, Workcover, EPC and DVA members, including report writing where required.
- Coaching members to elevate their lifestyle for long term health results
- Maintaining and building new relationships with allied health professionals, doctors and medical institutions.
- Working as part of a growing team to reach our goals through systems in place that have delivered success over the last 17 years.

**You must have**:

- Full rights to work in Australia
- Basic Computer & MS Office skills
- Valid First Aid & CPR
- A Bachelor of Exercise Physiology or Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology
- ESSA registration
- An outgoing nature to connect with members and referral partners confidently
- Ambition to become a leader and embrace opportunities to mentor others
- The ability to work in a team and also perform while flying solo

**Who this role ISN'T for**:

- Exercise physiologist’s who just want to punch in and out doing the bare minimum
- Exercise physiologist’s who only enjoy delivering sessions but not the personal work with clients to help them make real change
- Exercise physiologist’s who aren't willing to work in a team and be held accountable to the overall team results

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
