**Your Opportunity**:
**BildGroup is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our esteemed Infrastructure Division in Campbellfield, VIC. This role is critical to our growth plans, ensuring our Melbourne projects are executed flawlessly and in accordance with all contract specifications, policies, procedures, schedules, and management frameworks.**

**You will bring along the following;**
- **At least 2 years of road Construction Experience, In-depth knowledge of intersections, bridges, and other related infrastructure.**:

- **Great Team Supervision with proven experience in supervising 20-30 people on-site.**:

- **Ability to work closely with management and site teams in a non-autonomous role.**:

- **Extensive experience managing live traffic, interacting with business owners, and engaging with busy communities.**:

- **Significant on-site working experience in road construction.**:

- **Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively.**:

- **Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, permits..ect.**:

- **Proficiency in MS Office.**:

- **White Card and a valid Driving License are mandatory.**

**The role will be responsible for**
- **Oversee construction activities across all Bild Infrastructure Melbourne Projects to ensure compliance with contract documents, policies, procedures, programs, and management plans.**:

- **Actively lead a strong safety and quality culture on-site, involving both Bild and subcontractor personnel.**:

- **Managing administrative tasks such as timesheets, delivery dockets, and maintaining the site diary.**:

- **Leading startups, toolbox talks, site inductions, and verifying necessary certifications and tickets.**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to strategically grow the business.**:

- **Work collaboratively with project engineers and managers, bridging the gap between management and site team members**
