One of our clients Rate Beat Mortgage Pty Ltd T/A FLI Group, based in Seven Hills, NSW have a vacant position for a Finance Broker to join their friendly team.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in same industry
- Multilingual Preferred (English, Hindi, Punjabi)
- Applicant must have proper full-time working rights in Australia

**Key Responsibilities**
- Helping clients with their loan and pricing inquiry providing them different and best possible options available in the market as per client’s needs and requirement.
- Responsible for discussing and assessing clients lending power based on their savings and offering future strategies.
- Offering Insurance products to home loan and other clients for their secure future.
- Help clients to arrange loan with preferred bank and follow up with documents till loan approval and documents signed and settlement date.
- Discuss loan period and repayments with clients.
- Help clients with insurance queries for offered products like premium payments, policies terms and conditions, and benefits as per their needs and requirements.
- Help client to arrange the insurance as agreed with them.
- Follow up the clients in pipeline for loans and insurance.
- Offer cross products like car loan and insurance, personal insurance.
- Ongoing review and responding to clients’ changing needs and financial circumstances.
- Informing existing and possible clients with new financial products that may be beneficial for then with their savings and investments
- Meeting with other professionals, such as estate agents, solicitors, and valuers to get possible referred sale

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
