Skills expected of the applicant:
• Manage loan applications from inquiry through to settlement
• Strong understanding of various lending bank policies, in particular home/ investment construction lending
• Maintain key relationships with banks and conveyancers
• Excellent customer service edict & problem-solving attitude
• Ability to create & grow relationships with referrers
• Support the principal and broking colleagues with loan applications
• Exposure to residential & commercial finance - in particular construction lending
• Well versed in various lending scenarios SMSF, FHOG, family guarantor, commercial, construction (all is a bonus)
Job Requirements:
• 3+ years previous experience working as a mortgage broker.
• Cert IV or Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking is a requirement.
• MFAA or FBAA membership is a requirement
• Be an authorized credit representative (ACR)

Employment-Full time
Salary -$80k to $90K (plus superannuation)
