A rewarding opportunity to join Doutta Galla Aged Services in Avondale Heights as a Casual Grade 5 Registered Nurse. This position will be responsible for delivering clinical care services, care planning, review and assessments of all aspects of clinical care during after hour shifts.

**What you will bring**:

- Dedication to resident care and support
- Excellent clinical knowledge regarding medical conditions, palliative care, and care of people living with dementia including managing challenging behaviours
- High level interpersonal and written skills
- Experience managing staff and performance management
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, resident representatives and other health professionals
- Understanding of the aged care reform agenda, including AN-ACC funding and royal commission recommendations related to clinical care
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse DIV 1 registration with no conditions
